Cars (Handy things to have when you want to learn to drive)
We use cars in the super-mini class, well suited to all learner drivers. They have ‘dual controls,’ i.e. a brake and clutch on the Instructors’ side so that we can ensure that you don’t put yourself, the instructor, the car or other road users in danger. We will not let you crash the car!

As Professional Driving Instructors
We understand that your aim will be to pass both your theory and practical tests as quickly as possible – preferably first time! We will do everything we can to help you achieve this goal.

We are patient, sympathetic people with years of experience - teaching different people all with different personalities. We fully understand that you may be nervous, particularly on your first few lessons and on the day of your driving test. We do everything we can to help you get through. We will NOT get angry or shout at you, just because you have made a silly or even a major mistake. Everyone makes mistakes when they are learning to drive and we have seen it all before. It is important that you bring your sense of humour along to all your lessons - we do! It will help you enjoy your lessons.

We actually teach you how to drive through clear and easy to understand instruction. We don’t expect you to already know how to change gear or reverse around a corner. As teachers, we understand that we must also be enthusiastic and encouraging.

We are proud of our reputation for being good at our job. Being self-employed people, our livelihoods depend on our reputation. We therefore aim to provide the best service and be as professional as possible. To this end, we undertake to abide by our Code of Conduct. A copy of this, along with our Terms of Business will be given to you on your first driving lesson.

As professional Driving Instructors, we know the ‘tricks of the trade’ and the standard of driving examiners will expect from you on your driving test.
